You can also decide to take a tour of the Seine on the Bateaux Parisiens or take the 3 minute far subway (St.Michel Station) for a walk through the city.

If you arrive for the first time in Paris by plane, from the Paris Charles De Gaulle airport you can take the RER train line B and get off at St-Michel - Notre Dame. From the Paris Orly airport you can get a shuttle bus that serves the city or take the Orlyval train and get off at the head of the line, "Antony" stop. Then take the RER train, line B and get off at "St-Michel - Notre Dame. From the Beauvais airport take the shuttle bus to place de La Porte Maillot and continue with the metro.
